Insurance Plans and Coverages

Northern Orthotics and Prosthetics accepts most insurance plans.  

As a courtesy to our patients we will verify your insurance to confirm that you have active coverage and that we are a participating provider in your network.  After your initial visit, we will provide you with a service estimate that includes information provided by your insurance company regarding service coverage, co-pay and deductible responsibilities.

We cannot guarantee the information provided to us when creating a service estimate but we do work very hard to provide you with the most current and accurate information possible.   We encourage everyone to call their insurance company to verify the coverage information we have provided to you.  Our services are classified as " L-codes" with insurance payers and we are happy to provide you with these codes when making your inquiry.

You will be responsible for any unpaid charges after your insurance is processed.
